Myra (friend of Lynnett’s)

Mince 5 cloves garlic sauted in 3 Tbs olive oil

Add large spoonful of Sofritto

1 C Arborio Rice

Chicken stock (add a laddle full at a time till it is absorbed, then add another untill rice is cooked.)

add green oilves to taste

Add one can black beans

1/2 bouillon cube

add on packet sayeon

Simmer for 20 -30 min adding chicken stock as needed till flavors are blended.
