1 egg white
1 Tbl water
Mix these 2 ingredients together
1/2 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix next 3 ingrediants together
drop nuts into the egg mixture then into the sugar. Spread on a aluminum lined cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hr turning every 15 minutes.
