Taco Beef Soup

1 lb ground beef

½ c chopped onion

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 can corn, un-drained

1-26 oz can stewed tomatoes, un-drained

1 – 16 oz can tomato sauce

2-16 oz cans kidney beans, un-drained

1 can black beans drained and washed

1-1.5 oz envelope taco seasoning mix

In a large saucepan cook ground beef and onions, salt and pepper, drain off excess fat.  Add stewed tomatoes, tomato  sauce, beans, and taco seasoning.  May add one can drained olives if desired.  Simmer covered for at least 15 min.

Serve with sour cream, grated cheddar cheese and taco chips
