Naida’s Country Fried Pork Chops.

taste better with the thin cut chops, not the thick Costco cuts

1 can Campbells Ream of celery soup

4 pork chops

1 can sliced mushrooms or 8 oz fresh sautéed

1/2 C water

1.4 tsp leaf thyme crushed

one sweet onion chopped into good size chucks

2-3 carrots pealed and cut thin

Brown chops in a little olive oil on both sides, add the carrots, onion, and mushrooms. over the top add the mixture of cream of celery, water, and thyme. stir around meat. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. I use and electric skillet to control heat sitting.

Serve over noodles or rice. 4 servings.
