Chicken Chowder Soup

2 c. diced potatoes

1 c. sliced celery

1 c. chopped onion Cook covered with water until tender

1 chicken bouillon

1 c. grated carrot

3/4 c. melted butter

3/4 c. flour

Blend until smooth.

Add:  

1 pt. whipping cream

1 pt milk

Add to vegetables

Add:

2 c. chopped cooked chicken

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sugar

Dash of pepper

Heat thoroughly and serve.
